For over a decade, we have been creating offices for large companies. Over the years, we have experienced 2 major economic crises in Ukraine, which marked new stages of our development. The concept and strategy were changing, but no matter what, we became what we are now.

Foundation and development
2006
The company was founded by two fellow students, graduated of KIEI, who at that time had already gained both local and foreign experience in the construction industry. At the first stage, the company did not have a distinct construction specialization. One of the first large facilities done by the young company was the reconstruction of the Goloseevskyi hotel.
2007-2008
The company is increasingly starting to work with commercial real estate. Among the completed objects are offices, shops, banks.
2009-2010г.
The formation of a full-cycle company, and the expansion of the range of services that were provided by full-time specialists, began. There was a rebranding and now Partner Create is creating its own design team and a professional sales team.
In the same year, furniture production was launched to fully equip commercial facilities with their own.
Partner Create is complemented by the Department of Engineering Systems, which is engaged in the design and implementation of lighting systems, electrics, HVAC, SCS, automation and security.
Own production of translucent structures and partitions is launched.
From that moment, the company practically does not use the services of third-party contractors, offering its customers turnkey work on their own.
Large customers and own production
2011
This year was a landmark for Partner Create. The company is implementing the largest project in Ukraine – the office of the international corporation – Samsung. Which has become known far beyond the borders of our country. Partner Create expands the territory of its services by working on design projects for clients not only in Ukraine, but also in the US and Asia markets.
2012
Partner Create becomes a contractor for the central international office of the Euro 2012 Championship in Ukraine. Creates projects for the market of Georgia, Poland, and USA (concept and implementation control for two business centers and one show room).

2017
This year, international brands become the company’s customers:
Tetra Pak is the world’s largest producer of food packaging in terms of sales, AXA Group is a French insurance and investment group of companies, Ferrero is a world-famous manufacturer of chocolate and confectionery.
2018
This year was marked by the creating and developing office projects for the international technology concern Siemens, the showroom of Miele & Cie. KG is a German manufacturer of premium home appliances, the new office of the Bacardi-Martini group of companies, the office of the international pharmaceutical company Biocodex and many other great projects.
In 2018, the company’s employees became the first Ukrainian specialists to visit Knauf AMF plants in Germany and underwent training and certification on working with their materials.
2019
A new step in the development of Partner Create. The company updates the structure, increases the number of employees, moves to its own showroom office, which is also a good example of Partner Create capabilities for potential customers, as well as a symbol of the company’s reliability and openness. During this period, the company showed a 5-fold increase in headcount and turnover.
This year we launched the Ukrainian branch of coworking spaces of the Spaces international network, A-Bank VIP branch and expanded the Ukrainian OLX office.
2020
This year began with the opening of the office of the IT company Grammarly, founded in Ukraine in 2009. The company is creating an online service based on artificial intelligence to help write texts in English. The success of the first Ukrainian “unicorn” is known far beyond the borders of our country …
