Creating a modern working environment for Raiffeisen Bank Aval
‘Raiffeisen Bank Aval is the largest Ukrainian bank with foreign capital. The bank is 68% owned by Austrian Raiffeisen Bank International and is active in retail and small and medium-sized businesses. As of 1 January 2018, the bank’s net assets amounted to more than UAH 72 billion, ranking it fourth among all operating banks in Ukraine.
Raiffeisen Bank Aval strives to provide its employees with the best conditions for productive work and development. The office modernisation carried out by Partner Create is aimed at improving the comfort, functionality and environmental friendliness of the working environment.

In the office modernisation project for Raiffeisen Bank Aval, Partner Create performed the entire range of turnkey repair and construction works as a general contractor. This included full project management – from planning to completion, with strict adherence to quality standards and deadlines.

The 2000 m² office is located in the modern Astarta business centre, which provides ideal conditions for comfortable work for employees. With a total of 500 workstations, the office also includes
