In this article we explain how everything works in practice, so you know what to expect at every step.<\/p>\n

We carry out office renovations of any scale, including the installation of security systems, and at every stage we focus on the client’s wishes. Below are the transparent work stages<\/strong> that are set out in the contract.<\/p>\n

Office renovation stages<\/h2>\n

The work goes through several sequential stages:<\/p>\n

  2. Preparing the estimate and design project.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Approval of the estimate and project<\/strong> by the client and signing of the contract.<\/li>\n
  4. Purchasing materials and rough works.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. Finishing (cosmetic) works.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  6. Handover of the result<\/strong> to the client and removal of construction debris.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Timelines depend on a number of factors, the most important being the size and layout of the premises. All such details are discussed separately and set out in the contract, so you know the deadlines and cost in advance.<\/p>\n

    How office renovation is carried out<\/h2>\n

    During the process we use modern materials and equipment, but it is not only quality that matters \u2014 a creative approach does too. That is why we provide the client with a design project<\/a> and work around their wishes.<\/p>\n

    Modern offices can be arranged on an Open Space principle or laid out in a standard format \u2014 with separate offices and defined workstations. At the client’s request, security options are also factored in: from standard video cameras to microphones and other solutions. Specific requirements are always discussed individually.
